Purpose-built for driving schools
AutoviaTest runs the operating side of a driving school: students, scheduling, vehicles, payments and the people around them. It exists because schools were being asked to run a timetable-and-fleet business on tools that were never designed for one.
What the platform covers
Student records and progress, lesson scheduling with instructor availability, a vehicle fleet with maintenance history, lesson packages and payments, digital contracts, and issued certificates. Four separate portals give school admins, students, parents and instructors their own view of the same schedule.
How we work
Purpose-built, not adapted
Vehicles, instructor availability, lesson packages and per-role portals are first-class parts of the data model, not custom fields bolted onto a generic CRM. That is the whole difference, and it shows up in every screen.
Shaped with early partner schools
We are a new platform, and we work directly with the schools using it. Feedback from someone looking at a real week of lessons moves the roadmap faster than a feature-request form ever has.
Two languages, two markets
The platform runs in English and Spanish with pricing in the local currency. Neither is a translation layer added afterwards — both are maintained as the product changes.
The other half of the problem
We also run autoviatest.com, a driving theory-test platform with practice questions, lessons and hazard perception across more than 65 countries in 24 languages. That is the learner's side of getting licensed; this is the school's side.
