Parent Portal Guide

Stay informed about your child's driving education progress. Monitor lessons, track milestones, and communicate with the school.

Parent Portal URL

Access your portal at /parent or /login

View-Only Access

The parent portal provides read-only access to monitor your child's progress. Lesson requests and profile changes are managed by your child through their student portal.

Accessing Your Portal

Getting Portal Access

  1. 1Your child's driving school will send you an invitation email
  2. 2Click the link in the email to create your parent account
  3. 3Sign up using the email address the invitation was sent to
  4. 4Once registered, you can log in at /parent anytime

Logging In

  1. 1Go to /parent (or /login and select Parent)
  2. 2Sign in with your email and password
  3. 3You'll see your child's dashboard automatically
  4. 4If you forgot your password, click 'Forgot Password'

Understanding the Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

  1. 1See your child's upcoming lessons (next 5)
  2. 2View recent completed lessons (last 3)
  3. 3Check their achievements and milestones
  4. 4See active lesson packages and usage
  5. 5View their overall status and enrollment date

What You Can Monitor

  1. 1Lesson completion progress
  2. 2Theory and practical test status
  3. 3Total driving hours accumulated
  4. 4Skills practiced during lessons
  5. 5Instructor assignments and contact info

Viewing Lessons

Upcoming Lessons

  1. 1Go to 'Lessons' from the sidebar
  2. 2See all upcoming scheduled lessons
  3. 3View date, time, and duration for each
  4. 4See which instructor is assigned
  5. 5Check pickup/dropoff locations

Past Lessons

  1. 1Switch to 'Past' tab to view history
  2. 2See all completed lessons
  3. 3View what skills were covered
  4. 4Check lesson ratings and feedback
  5. 5Track overall progress over time

Tracking Progress

Lesson Progress

  1. 1See total lessons completed vs. total
  2. 2View completion percentage
  3. 3Track total driving hours
  4. 4Monitor lessons remaining in package

Test Status

  1. 1Theory Test - See if passed and score achieved
  2. 2Practical Test - View status and readiness score
  3. 3Test dates are displayed when completed
  4. 4Monitor test readiness percentage (0-100%)

Skills Overview

  1. 1View skills worked on across all lessons
  2. 2See which areas have been practiced
  3. 3Identify skills that may need more focus
  4. 4Track progression over time

Package Information

Viewing Packages

  1. 1See active lesson packages on dashboard
  2. 2View package name and details
  3. 3Check lessons included vs used
  4. 4See expiration dates

Tracking Usage

  1. 1Monitor how many lessons remain
  2. 2See when package was purchased
  3. 3Track usage rate
  4. 4Plan for package renewal if needed

Certificates

Viewing Certificates

  1. 1Go to 'Certificates' from the sidebar
  2. 2See all certificates your child has earned
  3. 3View certificate types and dates issued
  4. 4Each certificate has a verification code

Certificate Types

  1. 1Theory Test Certificate - After passing theory
  2. 2Practical Test Certificate - After passing practical
  3. 3Course Completion - Full driving course done

Contacting the School

Sending Messages

  1. 1Go to 'Messages' from the sidebar
  2. 2Click 'New Message' to start a conversation
  3. 3Select 'School' as the recipient
  4. 4Type your message and send
  5. 5You'll be notified when they reply

Important Note

  1. 1Parents can message the school directly
  2. 2For instructor-specific questions, ask the school to relay
  3. 3Messages are stored in your conversation history
  4. 4Check regularly for updates and responses

  • The parent portal is linked to one child. Contact the school if you have multiple children enrolled
  • Lesson scheduling and changes must be made through the student portal or by contacting the school
  • Contact the school directly for any billing or payment inquiries
  • Keep your email address updated to receive important notifications
