AutoviaTest provides a cloud-based driving school management platform that includes student management, scheduling, fleet tracking, payment processing, and analytics tools.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months of service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any malware or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AutoviaTest. We are granted a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services. You can export your data at any time.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoviaTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
