AutoviaTest sets only strictly necessary cookies: authentication cookies from our sign-in provider (Clerk) that keep your session active, and preference cookies such as your language and theme. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Because these cookies are essential to providing the service you requested, they do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules; we show a notice for transparency.
- Data controller: the driving school you belong to is the controller of student, parent and instructor records it enters; AutoviaTest processes that data on the school's behalf to provide the service.
- Processing and storage: application data is processed by Convex (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments, schools only) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms.
- Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time — contact your driving school, or write to contact@autoviatest.com and we will assist within 30 days.
- Retention: account and school records are kept while the account is active and deleted upon verified deletion requests.
